Send nothing to Espn nor Simmons. There are several of these clowns polluting the air ways and they have zero talent and the only hook they have is controversy. Recognizing him no matter the medium is a mistake. He is barely hanging on as it is.

This is the best way I have heard of yet to voice your displeasure.

Behavior matters and if enough people stay away especially in this economy from everything ESPN, hacks like Bill Simmons will be the first to go. Look no further than Trev Alberts (One of my all time Favorite Huskers) too see what happens when you get a little too big for your britches.

man i hate these guys, and this is not the first time i have seen it. They do this to all young teams. I know yall must hate me for all my Bobcats-related examples, but i do recall these idiots doing their season preview THIS YEAR and skipping us, saying we are the team that 'nobody cares about' and 'they are indifferent on what we do'.

I am sick of that 4 letter word that calls itself the authority in sports 99% of the time, only on occasion are they tolerable. And the way they select which athletes to vilify/which athletes to love amazes me. They are grand manipulators.

Pride comes before the fall. Universal law.

It's a pretty heavy superiority complex. He'll get his soon.

Haha, now Traber is trying to get Matt to get Simmons on the show. I'd be curious to hear what that conversation would be like.

I'm jealous of anybody who doesn't have 6 feet of snow right now. We just got another foot last week and I had the opportunity to go skiing, but after the "fun" you have to live in the hell of 10' high banks of snow on the side of the roads. I used to live in Texas and spent 4 months in '06 in Bethany while attending the FAA Academy and loved every minute of it. Now that I'm a fan of the Thunder it just makes me wish I was there even more. It irritates me too when people on the national stage talk trash about something personal to me, but the above poster is correct. The best revenge you all have is the success of your team and the prosperity of your city/state. I'm personally jealous on many accounts....it's f'ing cold as crap up here.

Great post, Dak. Glad you loved your time here, and I'm looking forward to the future when folks in New Hampshire or Nevada or South Carolina are wearing Thunder jerseys.

Well, I'm one of only three people in New England, that I know of, that is a Seahawks fan, and I'm the only Thunder fan up here. Everybody is so damn spoiled by the Celtics, Patriots and Red Sox that it's sick. Now the freakin' Bruins are the best team in the NHL. I need warmer weather. I haven't seen my balls in 4 months.

Anyone catch Traber rippin Bill Simmons on the radio at about 4PM? He was on with Rick Bucher (ESPN) who is in town to do a story on the Thunder and the path they’re on. Traber told Bucher that there are a lot of people in OK that want to rip Simmons’ head off for the “team/city that shall remain nameless”. Bucher did agree that Seattle had every opportunity to keep the team…and didn’t. ...and he said Clay Bennett wasn't even to blame.

Traber was trying to get Bucher to talk to his buddy, Simmons, to get him to come on the show to explain himself.

It would have almost been worth listening to Traber to hear that....

I don't really want to get into the listen to Traber, can't stand Traber argument, but I heard him talking to Bucher yesterday and it seemed to me like Traber was ripping BS so much that Bucher was ready to end the conversation. Traber was right on, and lived up to his mantra of not being afraid to call someone out.
